Terms & Conditions
1: During the lease period, the lessee is responsible for ensuring:
- Any damage caused to the pinball machine(s) will be repaired/ replaced at the hirer's cost.
- Notification of malfunctions are to be reported promptly to Rent-A-Pin owners.
2: Pinball machine(s) is to be switched off after use to preserve power and longevity of electrical components.
3: A fully refundable security deposit is to be taken before Rent-A-Pin leaves machine(s) in customers possession. This is returned at the time of pickup
4: Long term rentals are subject to a service and check up mid way point. Contact is to be made from Rent-A-Pin to organise a suitable time for this to be completed.
5: Pinball machines should not be left on unattended. Rentapin is exempt from any injury or loss as a result of use derived from this rental equipment and as such is not responsible nor liable. This contract is a signed agreement by both the lessor and lessee on the above Terms and conditions. A copy is provided to both parties.
